Here's a small selection of sites that will consistently have video content to watch. Of course, there's always YouTube as well, but I've yet to figure out how to search it so as to get consistently, and primarily French-language material!

FRANCE 24
Has streaming video of their news broadcasts. Look in the upper-right corner for the video player launch feature (as of January 2011).
French Yabla
This site offers a variety of short videos with the dialog reproduced below the screen in both French and English text. You can also slow down the player if you want. You don't have to subscribe to Yabla's service to sample their video offerings. The videos are fun and stress everyday colloquial language.
Medi1TV
A Moroccan TV station that broadcasts in both Arabic and French.
NRJ
NRJ 12 is a tv station that targets young adults, and offers a lot of syndicated programs and movies. Much of the video content is region-locked, but they offer podcasts as well.
pluzz.fr
This is the official 'catch-up TV' site (télévision de rattrapage) for all France Télévisions stations (France 2, France 3, France 4, France 5, and France Ô).
Be aware: if the program is originally from the US, you will not be able to view it. In practice, it is mostly news programming that is viewable.
Radio Canada
Radio Canada has several different stations. Registration required to see/hear the content.

A TV broadcast service of the International Organization of La Francophonie. "... a multilateral French language television channel, has the 3rd largest international television network and is broadcast in 202 countries."
