1) Determine institutional license availability for the streaming video, as well as recommend other online streaming options

2) Follow-up with you to discuss licensing options and availability, as well as an estimate as to when the video will be accessible

Though we do not have full institutional access to these platforms, the Library purchases streaming video licenses from them regularly. Feel free to search through these catalogs to identify a streaming video to request. Requests from these vendors can be fulfilled more quickly.
