Geoffrey Chaucer

Geoffrey Chaucer (1343-1400) was an English author, considered the greatest English poet of the Middle Ages. He is best known for his incomplete Canterbury Tales, a series of stories within a story, told by a diverse group of pilgrims on their way to Canterbury.
