Read & publish agreements, also called transformative agreements, are contracts between libraries and publishers that allow researchers to publish freely or at a reduced fee in a publisher or society's journals. 

Marquette University has entered into agreements with the following publishers to waive article processing charges (APCs) for Marquette University faculty and graduate student corresponding authors: 

• Association of Computing Machinery (ACM)
• Company of Biologists (CoB)
