Global/World History: Web Sites

Global/World History

Global History: Resources from the New York Times and Learning Network
This Site combines contemporary news analysis with more historical resources organized by subjects.  It also has lesson plans and even global history puzzles.

European Network in Universal and Global History (ENIUGH)
This organization seeks to "foster and promote research and teaching through the establishment of platforms of communication and exchange for scholars working the field of world and global history all over Europe."  It does so by holding conferences and publishing two journals, accessible through this site.

Internet Global History Sourcebook (Fordham University)
This site "is dedicated to exploration of interaction between world cultures.  It does not, then, look at 'world history' as the history of the various separate cultures . . . , but at ways in which the 'world' has a history in its own right."
